Who we are

What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email, a salted hash of your password and the time you gave consent. When you publish: the content of your pages, an optional custom domain request, the page language, and the first-touch referrer, landing path and UTM parameters.
Why
TODO: confirm the legal basis. The intended use is to run your account, host the pages you publish, and contact you by email about paid options such as extra sites or your own domain.
Cookies
Google Analytics loads on every visit in Consent Mode. Until you accept cookies it sets no cookies and only receives cookieless, anonymized pings (for example, that a page was viewed). If you accept, it may set analytics cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits. Declining keeps those cookies off. We do not use advertising cookies. The chat widget loads only after you accept or decline, so it does not cover that choice.
How long
TODO: confirm retention. Account data and published pages are kept while your account exists.
