Terms of Service
Draft — not yet reviewed.
The service
TODO: owner review. The builder is free. Each account can publish 2 sites free on a landingpageexpress.com address, including one you choose. Extra sites and sites on your own domain are paid monthly (see Pricing). A chosen address on landingpageexpress.com is free.
Accounts and payment
You need an account to publish. There is no online checkout yet: when a site needs payment we email you a payment link. TODO: confirm billing dates and what happens if a payment is not made.
Your content
TODO: confirm the licence you grant for the text, images and links you publish, and that you have the right to use them.
Liability
TODO: the owner and counsel need to add limitation of liability, governing law, and how disputes are handled. This draft does not set them.
